•Run company cadence and keep key initiatives moving.
•Push cross-functional initiatives over the line to measurable outcomes.
•Build and scale operating systems, processes, and internal tooling.
•Own important “unowned” areas such as talent strategy and onboarding processes.
•Work directly with leadership to plan and execute the company’s quarterly priorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 200,000 annually
