Job Summary

Own the strategy, performance, and financial results for a portfolio of deposit and debit card products. Lead product roadmap, pricing, benchmarking, innovation, and economic analysis to drive net interest income and fee revenue. Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Channels, Operations, Technology, and Legal/Risk/Compliance to deliver launches, enhancements, and compliant execution. Mentor product managers and analysts while monitoring client and teammate experience and competitive trends to continuously improve products.

•Responsible for product management for a set of deposit or debit products, including financial performance, design, development, distribution, and pricing.
•Determine and deliver financial targets (e.g., balance growth, client acquisition/retention, net interest income, fee revenue) and monitor/adjust pricing and waiver policies.
•Create strategic roadmaps for product launches and enhancements; design, build, and launch new products and retire outdated products.
•Serve as a Deposits SME for projects supporting profitable growth, operational soundness, or regulatory compliance.
•Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Channels, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk, Compliance) to optimize products/services, client experience, and financial return.
