Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product management for a set of deposit or debit products, including financial performance, design, development, distribution, and pricing.
  • •Set and monitor financial targets across growth, acquisition, retention, net interest income, fee revenue, and adjust pricing/waiver practices to optimize performance.
  • •Mentor and informally coach other product managers and analysts as a senior product manager.
  • •Serve as a deposits SME on initiatives supporting profitable growth, operational soundness, and regulatory compliance for deposit & debit products and related fees/services.
  • •Create product roadmaps for launches/enhancements, partner cross-functionally with marketing, channels, operations, technology, and legal/risk/compliance, and monitor client/teammate experience to drive improvements.
