•Achieve top-line sales targets by selling DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and PORTER-CABLE to end-user customers.
•Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners and manage CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs.
•Teach and mentor the local market team on end-user development and how to execute the purchasing process.
•Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
•Maintain and use Salesforce.com for CRM and planning, and communicate successes and failures for key accounts and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
•3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for construction supplies with a track record delivering results.
•Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors (preferred).
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
•Valid Driver’s License and the physical ability to travel up to 50% within the territory assignment.
