Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive cinema marketing strategy for UPI priority titles by working with the Head of Trade Marketing & Partnerships ANZ and negotiating promotions with exhibitors.
  • •Develop and present quarterly product updates and plans for major chains, including creating and presenting film fact slides for a portfolio of films.
  • •Conceptualise, brief, and manage trade marketing materials and bespoke activations, including reviewing and approving exhibitor-developed assets.
  • •Ensure timely development and placement of in-theatre materials and co-branded/digital/social assets; coordinate social co-op and media tagging/contra placements.
  • •Represent the studios at industry events, manage trade marketing budgets, and prepare post-campaign performance reports and the Cinema Marketing Guide for nominated titles.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven trade marketing and/or B2B marketing experience within the entertainment industry.
  • •Understanding of marketing fundamentals and a favourable understanding of the exhibition landscape/terminology.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, including boardroom presentations.
  • •Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong negotiation skills.
  • •Ability to work independently and in a team environment; highly organised with attention to detail and confidence handling multiple deadlines.
