Job Summary

Deliver an outstanding customer experience by running day-to-day operations while protecting customer privacy and security. You’ll grow and deepen relationships with an assigned customer base, using marketing, referrals, onboarding, and outbound calling to generate appointments and uncover lending opportunities (with an emphasis on real estate secured). You’ll also own problem resolution end-to-end and progress through Pathways and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities

•Protect customer privacy and security by handling NSF/OD and fee retention conversations, following cash-handling and dual control guidelines, and adhering to audit guidelines and internal controls.
•Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Top 500 customers using marketing campaigns, referrals, and the Refer-A-Friend program.
•Deepen relationships through onboarding and outbound calling, generating meaningful weekly appointments (including prospects), and identifying partner referrals.
•Uncover consumer lending opportunities with an emphasis on real-estate secured lending.
•Deliver customer experience daily by resolving issues end-to-end, following the “One to say YES, two to say NO” rule, and progressing through Pathways and required trainings.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•A high school diploma or equivalent.
•Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a track record of exceeding goals and delivering client service.
•Excellent communications skills, passionate about helping others, solutions-based sales skills, and strong relationship-building abilities.
•Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
•Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS), and have a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel regionally.
