Key Requirements

  • •10 years of related experience in transit electrical estimating (facilities, systems, infrastructure).
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (e.g., Civil Engineering), Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • •Experience developing conceptual through bid document crew-based or unit price cost estimates.
  • •Strong knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff or Bluebeam and MS Office applications, and ability to read plans to develop estimates.
  • •Demonstrate progressively-increasing responsibility in estimating with minimal supervision, and exercise responsible/ethical decision-making regarding company resources.
