Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of ASOS’s Human Rights and Fashion with Integrity strategy across assigned sourcing regions.
  • •Build relationships with suppliers and internal teams to identify and address human-rights risks.
  • •Monitor supplier performance by organising and following up on audits, remediation plans, and corrective actions.
  • •Maintain the internal human-rights system (TrusTrace) by entering data, updating records, and generating reports.
  • •Support due diligence and reporting, including risk assessments, investigations, programme tracking, training/supplier guidance support, and day-to-day queries.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years’ experience in human rights, ethical trade, responsible sourcing, sustainability, ESG, retail, consultancy or NGO programmes.
  • •A strong understanding of labour rights, human rights due diligence, and ethical trade standards (e.g., ETI Base Code, ILO Conventions, UN Guiding Principles).
  • •Experience supporting human-rights due diligence activities such as risk assessments, investigations, and remediation programmes (with suppliers/auditors/NGOs desirable).
  • •Ability to support the delivery of projects or programmes and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • •Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and reporting systems/databases, with strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
