Loan Production Manager

Own the end-to-end commercial loan application process from submission through preclosing, serving as the primary internal and external point of contact. Manage an origination pipeline across workflow stages, coordinating with Lines of Business, Underwriting, and Loan Operations to collect documentation, resolve issues, and maintain status communication. Review credit files, support customer outreach, prepare commitment letters, and perform preclosing quality control to drive timely, high-quality closings.
