Join a team of treasury professionals to drive revenue growth through new business development and cross-selling of treasury and working capital management solutions. You’ll prospect with internal partners, consult with clients on payment processes and needs, manage a sales pipeline in a CRM, and deliver quarterly client service reviews. The role also includes mentoring support for internal relationship managers and ensuring risk ownership and strong customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Articulate Fifth Third’s value proposition to influence outcomes across the sales process for internal and external clients.
•Identify client needs and present working capital and treasury management solutions, including knowledge of strategic TM solutions and payment processes.
•Develop and execute plans to exceed sales goals, including building and managing a pipeline of new and cross-sell opportunities using CRM.
•Deliver quarterly client service reviews, maintain communications with relationship managers, and develop relationships with C-suite and senior decision makers.
•Ensure proper account documentation, resolve client issues timely, and follow policies and procedures while monitoring and reporting risks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum 4 years of Commercial Banking / Treasury Management experience, preferably at least 3 years in a sales role.
•Proven record of consistently exceeding performance goals.
•Strong client interaction skills with the ability to influence sales outcomes, plus strong presentation and negotiation skills.
•Strong knowledge of treasury management products and payment/working capital management, including basic financial statement analysis.
