Support customers by providing styling advice and creating complete looks for Kate Spade products. Warmly greet guests, listen to customer needs, and guide purchase decisions while demonstrating strong brand and product knowledge across categories. Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions, and share/receive feedback constructively. Work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and busy seasons.
