Job Function: Quality & Regulatory (Non-Software)

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with DCEO Operations staff, collocation providers, real estate management, and EHS to advance compliance programs, procedures, and training for facilities in the South Bay Area
•Provide real-time risk assessment and safety guidance for non-routine work, prototype testing, and first article equipment
•Oversee safety for medium/low voltage testing with onsite facilities teams and vendors
•Ensure safety measures during validation/deployment of liquid cooling equipment in collaboration with engineering and vendors
•Lead site-wide training on hazard analysis, electrical safety, chemical management, ergonomics, and other safety programs

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, occupational risk management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•5+ years of hazard analysis and risk mitigation experience, internal EHS programs, and site inspections/audits
•Knowledge of US federal and California health and safety regulations with emphasis on electrical safety
•Knowledge of employee exposure monitoring programs for noise, thermal stress, and chemicals
•Preparation and implementation of site-specific training modules/programs
