Job Summary

Technical Recruiter needed to scale Horizon3.ai’s engineering organization by attracting, engaging, and closing top technical talent. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design, build diverse pipelines, partner with hiring managers, lead end-to-end recruiting strategy, and help shape processes in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting across key roles (Engineering, Product, and Design) with a focus on building high-quality, diverse pipelines in a competitive market.
•Drive recruiting strategy end-to-end — from sourcing and outreach to process design, candidate experience, and closing.
•Develop creative strategies to identify and engage top cyber and non-cyber talent and continuously evaluate recruiting processes that may need rebuilding.
•Help shape how we recruit as a company, bringing ideas, data, and creativity to improve processes and outcomes.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, building from scratch, experimenting, and playing a key role in the team’s future.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 89,000 - 185,000 annually

•High social aptitude and relationship-building ability — you know how to build trust quickly and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
•Solid technical acumen, with the ability to understand technical roles, assess candidate qualifications, and have credible conversations with engineers.
