Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design, build, migration, and ongoing operation of the program dashboard environment and convert existing reporting into the consolidated platform.
  • •Define the reporting data model, refresh cadence, role-based access, and version control; establish a single source of truth and eliminate parallel/conflicting reporting streams.
  • •Define and enforce data standards, validation rules, reconciliation procedures, and audit-ready traceability for reported figures; resolve discrepancies prior to distribution.
  • •Move reporting beyond status into trend/variance analysis, forecasting, and early warning indicators; produce executive summaries and support ad hoc analysis for short turnarounds.
  • •Provide direction, prioritization, and quality review for reporting analysts and document control staff; establish standard work, recurring reporting calendars, and quality checks; develop capability in analytics tooling and the program data environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination, including completing the FAA background investigation and obtaining FAA facility badging and a PIV credential.
  • •Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum seven years of experience in program reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence, including at least two years leading a reporting function or supervising analysts.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design for executive audiences) plus advanced Excel for large, imperfect datasets.
  • •Experience migrating or consolidating reporting from legacy tools into a modern dashboard platform; working proficiency with SharePoint document environments.
