Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and order parts.
  • •Diagnose issues using real-time data and determine root cause and corrective actions for equipment.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with a high degree of independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily, including work orders.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of applicable tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Prior field service, maintenance, and repair experience preferred.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; plus a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check (offer contingent).
