Job Summary

Create scalable UI and enterprise design systems that help teams deliver consistent, accessible digital products across responsive web and mobile. Translate user journeys, wireframes, and requirements into high-quality visual and interaction design, using approved AI-enabled tools to accelerate delivery. Partner closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers, present decisions to stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and mentor designers while championing design excellence.

•Craft exceptional interfaces across responsive web, mobile, and enterprise products.
•Translate user journeys, wireframes, and product requirements into visual and interaction designs using approved AI-enabled design tools.
•Create, evolve, and scale enterprise design systems, including reusable components, design tokens, patterns, and documentation.
•Partner with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to deliver consistent, scalable experiences from concept through implementation.
•Present design decisions to stakeholders, facilitate workshops, mentor designers, and champion design excellence.
