Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily accounting activities for EMEA customers in line with RTR and end-to-end accounting ownership.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close with high accuracy.
  • •Support internal controls by implementing actions aligned with Sarbanes-Oxley and applicable statutory requirements.
  • •Drive process improvement and automation using systems and tools (e.g., BPI, EBE) and standardize controls and governance.
  • •Partner with plant and finance stakeholders, work with the Finance Manager on goals/timelines, and proactively resolve issues across process interconnects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • •2-3 years of experience in RTR/GL Accounting with solid accounting knowledge.
  • •Advanced PC skills with Microsoft Office (MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP with exposure to SOX.
  • •Solid accounting tools/ERP knowledge (SAP or Oracle preferred) and ability to work independently with strong analytical skills.
