  • •Lead exploration programs from initial concept through execution, aligned with internal KPIs and strategy.
  • •Plan and communicate team activities, results, and requests; maintain project schedules and budgets for safe delivery.
  • •Monitor tenement expenditure and secure tenure, including attending monthly meetings.
  • •Draft safety plans, lead safety assessments and audits, and champion a culture of care and curiosity.
  • •Develop and mentor junior team members and prepare management presentations and biweekly reports while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience evaluating, planning, and executing exploration programmes from initial concept through target testing.
