Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end product and tool design for internal optimization tools, including Stats Engine and the documentation hub (discovery through prototypes and handoff).
  • •Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to ensure interfaces present data clearly and reduce friction for both technical and non-technical users.
  • •Create and refine A/B test design variations for email and Channel Digital surfaces while maintaining brand standards and the design system.
  • •Design program communications assets including executive decks, quarterly business reviews, newsletters, and feature launch announcements.
  • •Partner with the Comms Manager and Program Manager to develop templates, visual systems, and reusable design components for consistent, scalable communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Expert proficiency in Figma and Sketch, with a portfolio covering product design and visual design for digital products and communications.
  • •Design intuitive interfaces, workflows, and interaction patterns for internal tools and data-rich applications.
  • •Strong visual design skills (typography, layout, color, hierarchy) with experience maintaining and extending a design system.
  • •Experience designing for data-heavy environments such as dashboards, analytics/reporting interfaces, or experimentation platforms.
  • •Minimum 8–12 years of relevant product or digital design experience with a portfolio demonstrating both product and visual/communications design work.
