Job Summary

Lead BIM and digital delivery across real estate programmes and projects, capturing client requirements to develop BIM strategies and authoring key BIM documentation and workflows. Drive BIM rollout and implementation from strategy through project delivery, manage digital risks, and facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings. Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors, provide commission oversight, perform peer reviews, and support bid development and business growth for the Real Estate Digital team.

Key Responsibilities

•Capture client requirements and develop BIM strategy, documentation, and workflows aligned to industry best practice.
•Lead and manage BIM rollout and implementation across programmes and projects, including information management and supply chain management.
•Identify and mitigate digital risks and lead digital transformation and strategy efforts.
•Interface with clients, design teams, and contractors; facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
•Write detailed reports, peer review colleagues’ work, support colleagues’ deliverables, and contribute to BIM documentation/process development and R&D of emerging technologies.

Key Requirements

•Consultancy background with experience of the design process and procurement routes within a relevant industry.
•Strong understanding of BIM industry standards and best practice, including ISO 19650 BIM.
•Working knowledge of common data environments and the creation and maintenance of key BIM documentation.
•Experience with 3D modelling and BIM tools such as Revit and ArchiCAD, and clash detection/interrogation tools such as Solibri or Navisworks.
•Ability to define and write BIM strategies and implementation plans, with clear communication and systematic problem-solving.
