Key Responsibilities

  • •Take the lead on planning for multiple non-related projects or one highly complex project, ensuring robust schedules for accurate management decisions.
  • •Create, develop, and maintain project schedules aligned to requirements, including schedule data submissions and contract processes (NEC/FIDIC).
  • •Support project progress reviews by evaluating schedule progress and performance, analysing float/critical path/constraints, and recommending recovery actions.
  • •Monitor and consolidate multiple project schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and report progress status, KPIs, and EVM on a periodic basis.
  • •Provide oversight of day-to-day management, mentoring and coaching for planning personnel, and support project managers with scheduling and coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Project controls experience specialising in planning and scheduling across the project lifecycle.
  • •Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6) and other planning and resourcing software.
  • •Experience with schedule management for complex, risk-managed projects and programmes.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to lead, influence, motivate, coach, and develop a team.
  • •Ability to make risk-based decisions and demonstrate stakeholder management experience.
