Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support finance and plant leadership through Finance Transformation, championing finance culture change at the plant level.
  • •Analyze financial data and operational performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • •Provide financial decision support for operational decisions, including capital deployment and new projects.
  • •Drive initiatives including CAPEX and working capital; monitor implementation of action plans developed with operations.
  • •Lead key financial processes such as forecasting and the profit plan while monitoring KPIs, costs, inventory actions, and financial risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

  • •Knowledge of the manufacturing environment and operating costs in a standard costing environment; strong financial acumen and business partnering skills (preferred).
