Trainee Operations Management-1st Shift- Waverly Plant

Support plant operations as a developmental Operations Management Trainee, analyzing production and operational data to find trends and improvement opportunities. Rotate through departments including Receiving, Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to learn end-to-end operations. Collaborate with HR, Maintenance, FSQA, Engineering, and Accounting, troubleshoot issues, monitor compliance, and assist with staffing, planning, and continuous improvement focused on cost savings and waste reduction.
