Translate business needs into scalable, secure, maintainable architectures spanning Commerce, CRM, ERP, and omnichannel platforms. Architect API-first, event-driven integration patterns using SAP Commerce, MuleSoft, S/4 HANA, and Salesforce, while validating non-functional requirements and producing decision records and solution blueprints. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Delivery, Platform, and Business stakeholders and mentor technical architects.

Key Responsibilities

•Design end-to-end omnichannel commerce solutions across D2C web, retail/POS, and marketplace channels.
•Define integration patterns that are API-first, event-driven, modular, and cloud-native in partnership with Integration Architecture.
•Support CRM architecture across Salesforce Service Cloud and SAP CRM to ensure a single customer view across channels.
•Ensure alignment with S/4 HANA for order-to-cash, inventory, and product/material master data flows.
•Mentor Technical Architects and senior engineers; lead design reviews and contribute architecture decision records, solution blueprints, and documentation.

Key Requirements

•8-10+ years designing and delivering enterprise-scale commerce or omnichannel solutions.
•Hands-on expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) with working knowledge of adjacent commerce platforms.
•Solid understanding of ERP integration patterns (SAP S/4 HANA), PIM/PLM concepts, and omnichannel retail/POS systems.
•Skilled in integration architecture (MuleSoft/API-led connectivity, event-driven design) and CIAM/identity patterns.
•Track record mentoring Technical Architects and senior engineers; relevant certifications preferred (SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Architect track, AWS or GCP Solutions Architect, TOGAF).
