Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end delivery of People programs, managing timelines, scope, and budget.
  • •Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics with stakeholders and maintain project plans.
  • •Manage risks, changes, and dependencies and provide regular status updates and escalation to leadership.
  • •Coordinate across HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability, including weekly HR/People leadership forum updates.
  • •Partner with People Program pillar owners to execute engagement and inclusion/talent initiatives, support surveys and communications, and ensure follow-through on deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in HR generalist, project management, business process management, or communications.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • •Proven working experience in project management with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and internal stakeholders.
  • •Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to multitask effectively.
