Key Responsibilities

  • •Orient and instruct new drivers and assist the supervisor in assigning and directing employees’ work.
  • •Communicate with supervisors to maintain vehicle flow and track stock numbers and lot locations.
  • •Manage vans and transport drivers/vehicles and shuttle employees to and from auction and auxiliary parking lots.
  • •Perform daily maintenance and routine checks of the van, including cleaning and servicing with fuel and lubricants.
  • •Lead the team at the location by modeling Cox/Manheim values, enforcing conduct policies, monitoring work volumes and staffing levels, and supporting safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education/certification and experience.

  • •Ability to work at a specified Cox location (no remote option).
  • •Clear a pre-employment drug test and comply with drug-free workplace requirements.
