Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a player-coach, owning a select portfolio of strategic clients while coaching, mentoring, and developing the sales team.
  • •Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive PMI revenue growth across the Treasury Management and Payments suite.
  • •Lead end-to-end PMI selling and coordinate delivery of Treasury Management Services including Liquidity & Investments, Receivables, Payments, Commercial Cards, Merchant Services, and Trade.
  • •Partner with relationship managers, product leaders, and senior stakeholders to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • •Establish and monitor sales performance metrics (pipeline health, origination activity, wins, and revenue growth) and drive adoption of sales management disciplines, CRM tools, and deal-design best practices.
