Job Summary

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of transportation agencies’ asset and maintenance management systems, helping clients improve service delivery, performance, risk management, and long-term planning. Integrate new processes and technology, conduct testing for updates, troubleshoot system issues, and author asset-management documentation and standards. Deliver training, coordinate stakeholders to implement State of Good Repair frameworks, and monitor system performance while following industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and implementation of asset and maintenance management solutions, including integrating technology and new processes.
•Conduct testing for new processes and system updates.
•Provide technical support and troubleshooting for asset and maintenance management systems.
•Develop and deliver training programs on asset management tools and techniques.
•Author and revise policies, standards, procedures, and documentation; coordinate stakeholders to implement a State of Good Repair framework and monitor system performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation Planning, Operations Research, or a closely related field.
•At least 4 years of post-education experience performing similar work.
•Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
•Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices.
•Experience with engineering, maintenance, operations, financial, and compliance processes in capital-intensive organizations.
