Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain production-grade full-stack features in a modern stack, leveraging AI tooling and architecture planning
•Collaborate on voice agent infrastructure and AI-powered recovery pipelines to optimize timing and sequencing
•Build and maintain enterprise integrations and internal tooling to scale operations
•Contribute to payment processing workflows (e.g., Stripe Connect and installment plans) and CI/QA automation
•Communicate asynchronously with the team and document decisions and designs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Production full-stack experience in a modern stack (Laravel/PHP a plus) and ability to ramp quickly with AI
•Daily AI tool usage (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
•Strong engineering thinking: plan before you code, question requirements, and propose architecture
•Excellent English communication with an async-first mindset
•Remote work availability: open to candidates worldwide with US consideration
