Job Summary

Support commercial clients by processing monetary transactions and maintaining commercial loans, including loan servicing and scheduled/non-scheduled maintenance. Review and ensure documentation and procedures, resolve moderate issues using established guidelines, and research requests to resolution while communicating outcomes. Perform daily tasks such as general ledger balancing, posting via APA to Hogan, processing wires and checks, handling fee waiver and account updates through Quest/KeyView, and maintaining CLS ticklers and reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Process monetary transactions, including Dollar Transaction Forms and Loan Initial Funding Requests via Centralized Funding.
•Balance general ledger entries using Automated Posting Application (APA), working with Accounting to correct discrepancies.
•Post DDA entries via APA to Hogan, send cashier checks, and process outgoing wires as needed based on service requests.
•Handle requests through Quest, databases, and KeyView, including fee waiver requests, changes to indicative account information, and payment research.
•Perform loan servicing maintenance on CLS (e.g., borrowing base ticklers and Advance Paydown ticklers) and review reports to prevent customer impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent work experience, with a preferred bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
•Minimum 2 years of experience with strong knowledge of commercial loan servicing.
•Familiarity with commercial loan processing and loan servicing concepts, including scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance.
•Ability to balance and maintain accounting accuracy, demonstrating a solid understanding of accounting principles.
•Proficiency using multiple systems/applications and strong attention to detail for processing and research.
