Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end commission service delivery to ensure client objectives are met through effective cost management.
  • •Support feasibility studies, produce procurement reports, and deliver estimating and cost planning including final cost plan outputs.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement, including pre-qualification, tender analysis, tender reporting, and compile contractual documents.
  • •Perform contract administration including managing post-contract cost variances, applying change control processes, and negotiating final accounts.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports for clients, contribute to value engineering, and interface with clients, project managers, and consultants across project stages.

Key Requirements

  • •Have achieved Chartered Status.
  • •Produce and present final cost plans, supporting estimating and cost planning using cost management tools and services.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement activities including pre-qualification, tender lists, tender analysis, tender reporting, and contractual document compilation.
  • •Act as contract administrator, handling post-contract cost variances and change control, escalating major changes to the line manager.
  • •Take personal responsibility for timely, accurate cost checks and valuations on larger projects and ensure monthly cost reporting is delivered to the client.
