Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotional programs, events, and customer initiatives.
  • •Develop, coordinate, and execute retail and dealer marketing programs and customer programs for contractor, dealer, distributor, and retail initiatives.
  • •Coordinate marketing projects across internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • •Manage marketing materials, sales tools, product collateral, digital assets, merchandising materials, and retail support programs.
  • •Assist and/or lead trade shows, meetings, and events; maintain accurate product information and support materials; prepare presentations and project updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • •1–3 years of marketing, project coordination, business, sales support, or related experience (preferred).
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational ability to manage multiple projects.
  • •Ability to analyze information and develop actionable recommendations; comfortable coordinating cross-functionally and managing timelines.
