Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee configuration and setup of new client billing accounts to ensure operational readiness and accuracy.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and payment setup, maintaining documentation for configurations and contract updates.
  • •Own and maintain the Price Book to ensure accurate billing and payer setups.
  • •Oversee and manage Data and Charge Entry contractors (and FTEs) to ensure billing data, charge reconciliations, and claim submissions are accurate and complete.
  • •Drive enhancements and process improvements, including testing billing configurations, mentoring team members, and improving workflows across Athena, Zuora, and Salesforce.

Salary: USD 59,000 - 76,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including direct billing and payer implementations.
  • •Experience overseeing and managing Data and Charge Entry contractors to ensure accuracy across charge entry, reconciliation, billing data, and workflows.
  • •Advanced understanding of commercial and government payer policies, reimbursement methodologies, contract requirements, and CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding.
  • •Proven success managing complex accounts, handling escalations, and resolving exceptions professionally and clearly.
  • •Strong technical proficiency with Athena, Zuora, Salesforce, and JIRA (or similar RCM systems), with excellent communication skills.
