Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end platform architecture design and core capability development for an AI Agent platform, including task orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory mechanisms, and multi-agent collaboration.
  • •Integrate AI-native capabilities into engineering workflows such as AI coding, technical solution generation, test case/report generation, and automated environment setup/orchestration.
  • •Design and integrate enterprise knowledge augmentation capabilities including RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graphs.
  • •Establish AI agent runtime governance and operational frameworks covering isolation/sandboxing, access control, auditability/traceability, evaluation/quality measurement, and stability/reliability/cost management.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and platform teams to standardise and productionise platform capabilities to improve delivery quality and engineering efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred: Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related).
  • •8+ years in backend/platform engineering, architecture, or similar enterprise delivery roles.
  • •Recent 3 years delivering AI-related production work in a commercial environment.
  • •Strong system thinking with scalability, maintainability, and performance in mind.
  • •Proficient in Java/Python with hands-on delivery experience; practical experience with LangChain/LangGraph (or equivalent).
