Job Summary

Lead operational performance for a ride-hailing network in Peru by turning operational and customer data into actionable improvements. Key Responsibilities

•Manage and optimize daily ride-hailing operations across multiple cities in Peru to ensure efficiency, service quality, and satisfaction.
•Lead cross-functional projects across driver operations, safety, marketing, efficiency, and support.
•Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics by addressing concerns and feedback.
•Conduct weekly cross-functional communications to align departments.
•Develop and present insights, forecasts, and recommendations from operational data; support scaling local partnerships.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (STEM background is a plus).
•3–5 years of relevant experience in operations or project management in a ride-hailing/delivery/mobility company (e.g., Uber, Didi, Cabify, Rappi, Glovo, Pedidosya).
•Strong analytical skills using data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
•Experience using AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to generate reports, automate workflows, and deliver business insights.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish; proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage operational performance.
