Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all aspects of store performance, including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
•Lead people development: recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and providing ongoing feedback; organize weekly staff meetings and daily briefings.
•Prioritize customer experience by executing regular assessments, coaching the team, and assisting on the selling floor as needed.
•Implement visual merchandising standards, directives, promotions, and maintain cleanliness and organization across the sales floor and stockroom.
•Control store effectiveness by managing inventory and stock movements, ensuring compliance with company policies and store procedures, and adhering to loss prevention measures.

Key Requirements

•Minimum two years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager with a track record driving sales and profit results.
•Leadership and team development experience, including recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining associates for succession planning.
•Strong customer service focus and a sales-driven attitude.
•Excellent organizational and merchandising skills, including visual merchandising standards.
•Business English proficiency and strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, SAP).
