Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategic Execution: Translate business priorities into executable operational plans and ensure alignment across the leadership team; track progress against strategic priorities and growth targets; lead preparation for global business reviews and Canada strategy reviews; coordinate strategic projects (market expansion, practice development, M&A integration, new service offerings).
  • •Financial Performance Steering & Management: Understand Canada P&L, act as financial partner to leadership, drive revenue growth and margins, identify risks/opportunities, manage forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking; translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
  • •Operational Excellence: Improve internal operating cadence, establish KPIs, monitor metrics, drive accountability across practice leaders, manage resource utilization and efficiency, implement process improvements and operating models across the organization.
  • •Business Development Enablement: Support leadership in revenue growth and client development; enable cross-practice collaboration; provide pipeline visibility, bid governance, and delivery readiness for new engagements; ensure adherence to deal review processes across lifecycle.
  • •Executive Leadership Integrator: Act as a culture builder, coordinate priorities, prepare strategy materials, coordinate leadership team meetings and strategic planning, ensure decisions are documented and executed, coordinate cross-firm initiatives.
