Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, coaching, and development for Value Stream Managers to drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost targets.
  • •Deliver overall operational leadership across multiple manufacturing value streams, ensuring products are produced and shipped on time, within budget, and per customer and regulatory requirements.
  • •Champion a safety-first culture through MESH initiatives and compliance, promoting a Zero Incident Culture.
  • •Establish and monitor plant-wide operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • •Drive operational excellence by deploying Lean Manufacturing, CIF, EBS, ELSS, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience in a high-volume production environment.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple production areas, value streams, or manufacturing operations through subordinate leaders.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading teams in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, safety programs, and supply chain operations.
