Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders to support efficient delivery to the client.
  • •Analyze and track critical milestones and schedule status to prevent slip, and forecast key milestones.
  • •Verify that project governance, processes, and systems are used effectively; apply best practices across projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and manage information flow through regular meetings and written communications.
  • •Monitor progress across multiple projects, manage supplier interfaces via monthly trackers/weekly reviews, and provide technical support and rapid RFIs response; support cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data center construction or with an electrical contractor.
  • •Experience with substation and power distribution systems, with familiarity with MEP design.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficiency with construction project management tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, P6, CxAlloy) and project documents including BODs/specifications, drawing submittals, and RFIs.
