Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with team members to communicate and address preventative maintenance needs for manufacturing equipment performance and proactively identify and resolve safety concerns.
  • •Identify performance gaps, implement strategic improvements, and document hardware/process deviations to prevent recurring tool functionality issues.
  • •Maintain cleanroom cleanliness and orderliness by following housekeeping protocols and ensuring proper storage and organization of items.
  • •Participate in teams focused on enhancing equipment availability and implementing improvement initiatives; attend Micron and/or vendor training.
  • •Work and lead projects related to manufacturing equipment maintenance and improvement, meeting scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics) and/or 2 years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience.
  • •2 years of experience performing preventative maintenance and repair on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
  • •2 years of experience using mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills to fix and resolve manufacturing equipment issues.
  • •Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating day/night shifts and adapt to overtime as needed.
  • •Preferred: 4+ years’ experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience, including 4+ years leading maintenance/improvement projects.
