Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), including equipment assembly, wiring, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • •Support installation, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning activities at customer locations as required.
  • •Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support activities independently for Afag products and systems.
  • •Collaborate with customers and internal sales teams to identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges.
  • •Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions, and prepare customer feedback, commissioning, and service reports.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of industrial automation technologies, including PLCs, motion control systems, machine vision systems, sensors, and related configuration activities.
  • •Strong commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
  • •Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites throughout China.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
