Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic direction and positioning for the Army account, including market/competitor and SB analyses and resource investment decisions.
  • •Develop and manage account plans, including opportunity target setting, negotiation of goals, and maintaining an opportunity pipeline aligned to client acquisition strategy.
  • •Provide pursuit support by managing capture plans, teaming and negotiations, and coordinating marketing/FBS support while de-conflicting issues across business lines.
  • •Lead major proposals and manage compliance activities including FAR compliance and risk management sign-offs, serving on JV boards for larger programs.
  • •Maintain client relationships, oversee X-sell opportunities, monitor performance and contract/recovery actions, review CPAR reports, and drive client communications and leadership of the account team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related disciplines that align with AECOM’s business lines.
  • •15+ years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including 6+ years in a leadership role.
  • •US citizenship required.
  • •Ability to travel throughout CONUS and some OCONUS based on project and opportunity needs.
  • •In-depth consultative selling approach experience with expert negotiation and outstanding communication skills, plus CRM (Salesforce) experience is a plus.
