Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors.
  • •Monitor live cameras and investigate intrusion alerts using the Unified Security Platform.
  • •Run ingress/egress procedures with the Safe & Secure App (SAS App) and RFID tech, documenting vehicle movement at inspection gates.
  • •De-escalate situations and act decisively using knowledge of emergency protocols, including administering first aid/CPR/AED when needed.
  • •Maintain site operational readiness by executing safety audits, scanning vehicles for control/accuracy, and feeding intel back to Safe & Secure leadership.
