Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive discovery and innovation through personas, competitive analysis, and identification of new opportunities.
  • •Support product planning, including forecasting, requirements definition, and success metrics.
  • •Perform risk analysis and maintain risk assessments aligned to governance frameworks and controls.
  • •Track product KPIs (adoption, satisfaction, performance) and conduct post-launch audits for continuous improvement.
  • •Monitor financial performance (capital, expenses, rate cards) and ensure alignment across regions while maintaining product governance artifacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Operate in a business enablement product environment within a technical product setting.
  • •Understand the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents) including enterprise deployment and usage patterns.
  • •Know AI-powered personal productivity workflows (workflow automation, knowledge grounding, prompts, agent orchestration, collaboration enablement).
  • •Be familiar with enterprise AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (e.g., data protection, access controls, model risk, audit requirements).
  • •Have experience with product lifecycle management (roadmap development, launch execution, and post-launch optimization) in regulated environments aligned to audit, risk, and compliance.
