Job Summary

Own end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for a Business Line or Strategic Program, translating milestones and revenue commitments into hiring plans. Partner with BL leadership and cross-functional teams to set goals, SLAs, and success metrics, and deliver transparent reporting and escalations. Lead and develop a team of recruiters with hands-on recruiting for complex roles, drive hiring process rigor, and run surge initiatives to ensure programs have the talent they need to hit milestones.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end TA strategy for an assigned Business Line, including headcount planning, demand management, requisition prioritization, and delivery against hiring targets tied to program milestones and revenue commitments.
•Act as a trusted advisor to BL leadership using market intelligence, hiring data, and capacity models to shape the talent roadmap.
•Define and manage hiring goals, SLAs, and success metrics, reporting progress via dashboards and business reviews with transparency on pipeline health, risks, and capacity.
•Personally execute full-cycle recruiting for the most critical, complex, or sensitive roles; set the standard for recruiting excellence across sourcing, engagement, assessment, and closing.
•Provide direct people leadership for recruiters, including performance management, coaching, career development, capacity allocation, and structured feedback through regular 1:1s.

•10+ years of progressive TA experience, including owning a business unit hiring strategy; fully autonomous and able to influence VP-level stakeholders.
•Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in a complex technical environment as a credible practitioner.
•Strong business acumen connecting hiring outcomes to program milestones, revenue commitments, and capacity models.
•Excellent analytical skills using data to drive prioritization, communicate with leadership, and hold the team accountable to outcomes.
•Experience leading hiring initiatives beyond individual searches (surge campaigns, batch hiring, portfolio prioritization, capacity planning).
