Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct day-to-day operations of the project team, internal/external clients, and subcontractors.
  • •Maintain overall responsibility for delivery of complex projects to quality, schedule, and budget.
  • •Monitor and control financials, work schedule, and resources, including subcontractors, to deliver financial objectives and forecast/control billing cost.
  • •Manage contractual requirements, including minimizing exposure, timely responses/escalations, and lead contractual claims with the Contract Manager/Quantity Surveyor.
  • •Implement risk management programs with proactive risk mitigation, manage subcontractors/supply requirements, and ensure Health & Safety adherence.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant trade qualifications with significant experience.
  • •Over 10 years proven project management experience, including financial management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting, and planning.
  • •Tertiary qualifications in Project Management preferred.
  • •Experience in BMS or Security is highly preferred.
  • •Hold NV1 clearance (highly advantageous) or ability to acquire NV1 clearance.
