Job Summary

Own product story mining and turn technical milestones, customer wins, and roadmap moments into compelling external narratives. Lead executive thought leadership for product leaders, manage day-to-day product media relations, and coordinate cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Partner/Customer/Builder teams. Help evolve the PR playbook for the AI era, develop messaging and train spokespeople, measure impact, and manage the PR agency relationship alongside the broader Communications team.

•Own story mining across the business, surfacing product narratives worth pitching to external audiences.
•Build and execute an executive thought leadership program for product leaders, securing bylines and speaking opportunities.
•Manage day-to-day product media relations, including reporter relationships, briefings, inbound press responses, and proactive pitching.
•Translate product roadmaps and positioning into external-facing narratives and integrate storytelling opportunities across teams.
•Rethink the PR playbook for the AI era, develop messaging and spokesperson training, set success metrics, and manage the PR agency relationship.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in communications programs for leading technology companies and/or high-growth B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or cloud computing providers.
•Exceptional writing skills translating complex, technical product concepts into stories for diverse audiences.
•Proven track record developing and executing multiple communications programs simultaneously with limited guidance.
•Established media relationships and experience securing coverage with technology, business, and trade press.
•Experience building or supporting executive thought leadership programs (bylines, speaking, external platforms).
