Sales Support Engineer

Provide technical support to sales teams and ensure smooth order-to-delivery execution. Help define solutions for customer requirements, prepare equipment selections, costing, and quotations, and coordinate with factories and suppliers for accurate product selection and pricing. Maintain and update order information in order management systems, manage order processing and delivery logistics, and resolve order-related issues while supporting invoice and revenue recognition.
