Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Sales Engineers to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
  • •Prepare equipment selections, costing, and detailed quotations based on project specifications.
  • •Maintain deep knowledge of product offerings and their features, benefits, and applications.
  • •Enter and update order information in the order management system with accuracy.
  • •Coordinate order processing and delivery logistics, manage orders to ensure timely fulfilment, and resolve order-related issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, HVAC, or related).
  • •Prior experience in order management, technical support, or a sales engineering role is an advantage.
  • •Experience in the HVAC or industrial equipment industry is preferred.
  • •Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with ERP or order management system experience a plus.
