Build and scale the web platforms for a cancer-screening experience on the imaging team. You’ll architect and deliver end-to-end features across a .NET-based backend and modern Vue frontend, design secure APIs integrating with EMRs, imaging partners, and AI services, and optimize performance. Lead with best practices, mentor engineers, own automated testing strategy, and champion CI/CD and DevOps in Azure while driving observability and continuous improvement.

•Architect, build, and scale full-stack solutions across customer-facing UIs and backend services, including database query optimization and layer integration.
•Lead end-to-end feature design and delivery with a focus on high-performance ASP.NET Core services.
•Architect clean, maintainable, and secure APIs integrating with EMRs, imaging partners, and AI services.
•Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design sessions.
•Own quality by defining automated test strategies (unit, integration, e2e) and champion CI/CD and DevOps in Azure; drive performance tuning and observability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
•Full-stack experience delivering production frontend and backend work with demonstrated ownership.
•Experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems, including data modeling and domain boundaries.
•Experience deploying and operating workloads in Azure (or AWS/GCP) using IaC, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), pipelines, and monitoring.
•Deep experience with SQL Server and automated testing using xUnit/NUnit/Jest/Playwright, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.
