Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently, effectively, and accurately perform teller functions including deposits, withdrawals, and processing loan payments.
  • •Cash and negotiable instruments handling: cash checks, examine documents for endorsements and negotiability, and verify and balance cash daily.
  • •Process transfers between accounts and sell traveler’s checks, official checks, and money orders, including processing credit card cash advances.
  • •Provide excellent customer service by promptly resolving client inquiries and maintaining privacy of customer information.
  • •Follow teller procedures and compliance requirements, detect and resolve discrepancies promptly, and complete required reports and records; cross-sell bank products and perform night drop/clerical duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •At least one year of related experience/cash handling required.
  • •Previous Teller experience preferred.
  • •Understanding of Bank operations preferred.
  • •Good communication skills, good math skills, and the ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
