Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the multi-discipline engineering team for Chemical & Gas facilities systems, providing engineering system ownership and technical support.
  • •Provide end-to-end support across Engineering & Design, Construction, installation, start-up, operations, and maintenance with focus on standardization, reliability, performance, and sustainability.
  • •Supervise planning, execution, and completion of U.S. and Asia greenfield FAB design and construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • •Provide technical problem analysis and advice to overcome project and operational challenges, and benchmark and maintain best-known methods.
  • •Support global initiatives across best-known methods, operations and maintenance reliability/performance, sustainability programs, and capacity/scenario planning.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •15 to 20+ years of facilities experience in the semiconductor industry with expertise in Chemical & Gas and process facilities.
  • •Ability to build and lead teams, develop people, and drive the team to meet strategic objectives.
  • •Ability to prioritize and schedule workload and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • •Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time or more to Micron network sites and FAB construction locations.
